Shipping to the United States

US shipping is free for the Analuvia Shower Ritual. Any other available shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Preparation and delivery

We prepare orders within 24–48 hours. Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch. Preparation time is additional. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping delays and cancellation

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate and explain your option to cancel for a full refund. We will obtain your agreement to a delay where required. If we cannot obtain the consent required by applicable law, we will cancel the unshipped order and promptly refund the amount paid.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if it needs to be changed; changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment.

If your parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. A delivery scan does not automatically remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Taxes and import charges

Applicable taxes and charges collected by us are displayed at checkout. If you need confirmation of whether import charges are included for your destination, contact us before ordering. We do not promise that every shipment is free of import charges.
