30-day free returns

You may request a free return within 30 days after delivery of your order. Contact amina.ilyess26@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

How to return an order

We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items to an address printed on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return shipping for eligible returns is paid by Analuvia. For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label after you contact us. Use the supplied label and follow the return instructions.

Condition of returned items

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unopened and unused. Opened or used items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If your order arrives damaged, contact us for assistance even if you opened it to discover the damage. This restriction does not limit any rights you have for defective, misdescribed or non-conforming goods under applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you discover an issue. Include your order number and a description; photos may help us resolve it. We will explain the available remedy and any return arrangements. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the complete return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Any refund conditions must be consistent with the free-return offer and applicable law.

Sets and partial returns

For a change-of-mind return, the complete set must be returned, including all supplied accessories. Partial change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not limit applicable rights or remedies for an individual damaged, defective or non-conforming item.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or change. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun. If a shipped order cannot be changed, contact us for return instructions. For exchanges, contact us before sending an item back.
